Can anyone help me get dental implants?

I am in serious need of dental implants. But I don't have the $40,000 to $60,000 that it would cost for them. I haven't been able to get insurance for it and my credits not exactly perfect. I do work doing odd jobs here and there doing stuff like landscaping and painting when I can. But those are few and far between. I'm more then qualified to do several jobs from landscaping to customer service, sales, and so many more. But even though I get interviews all the time they never pan out. And the reason is obvious. Nobody wants to work with someone that has a few missing teeth. And lets face it image is everything. So if anyone can help me or knows what I can do I'd be indebted to you for life. Its been a long time since I've been able to eat certain foods or even smiled in public. Its getting to the point where I'm starting to become to embarrassed to even talk to strangers on account of what they'll think of me. So again if you can help me out or give some good advice I'd appreciate it.
