I cant remember the song but the music video is of 2 kids touching a liquid and turning into different kids?

i remember that these 2 kids were playing basketball, 2 white boys i think, and they find a bottle of liquid and they pour it out and its kind of a golden liquid. Anyways, one of them touches it and it kind of envelops the kid but then it goes away and now instead of a boy it had transformed him into a black girl, so then the other guy touches it and it goes back and forth where they turn into different people. the song is kind of a soul-pop/post-punk. i may have the genre a bit off, sorry.
