Should I Tell My Sister I'm Transgender?

I'm 14 (Born Boy, M2F) and nobody knows in my family because everybody is severely homophobic except y older sister. I cannot stand keeping this all to myself anymore and I think I'm going to give her a letter explaining everything in detail to her that I have already wrote. Do you think this is a good idea?
