Atheists, if you deny the holy Bible then why don't you deny all documented history?

You say the bible is not true because it was written by men and can't be trusted. But by atheist logic, all of history is a lie because it is preached by people who never saw the events. So we can't say William Shakespeare ever wrote any plays even though he did. We also can't say George Washington ever existed, or that black people were ever slaves, or that Hitler was ever born.
